Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven People and Change Delivery Lead to lead the design and execution of strategic people development initiatives for the Finance function. Yopu will be responsible for overall People Strategy and TOM initiatives.
This role will focus on driving engagement, upskilling professionals, and fostering career growth while aligning Finance people strategies with the organisation's broader talent management goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in human capital management, a passion for professional development, and the ability to deliver impactful solutions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance People Strategy: Define and implement the Finance people strategy to improve employee engagement, career development, skills enhancement, and succession planning.
- E-learning Academy Leadership: Support the rollout of the Finance Academy, ensuring effective governance, adoption, and the continuous evolution of learning resources to upskill Finance professionals and advance their careers.
- eLearning Development: Deliver the Finance eLearning course to ~15,000 users by working with external vendors and embedding it as a core component of the new joiner onboarding programme.
- Skills Framework Automation: Automate the Finance Skills Framework and Assessment Tool by transitioning it to Power BI and integrating it into business-as-usual practices in collaboration with HR and Finance Leadership.
- Performance Measurement: Establish clear KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of Finance people development programmes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Career Path Development: Design and roll out finance-specific career paths that outline potential career journeys, required skills, and aligned development opportunities, ensuring alignment with Finance professionals' aspirations and business needs.
- HR Collaboration: Partner with HR to align Finance people development initiatives with the organisation's overarching talent strategy, including performance management and succession planning.
- Culture Building: Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the Finance function by championing development initiatives, encouraging self-directed learning, and recognising achievements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as an HCM or L&D consultant, with a strong focus on people strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation.
- Expertise in designing and implementing large-scale learning and development programmes, including eLearning solutions and career frameworks.
- Proficiency in tools such as Power BI for automation and data visualization of people development frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to define KPIs, measure programme success, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across HR, leadership, and functional teams.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
