My client, a leader in the global property and casualty insurance industry, is seeking a highly skilled Change & Transformation Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead strategic, large-scale transformation programs within a rapidly evolving, agile environment.

As Change & Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing both the program and team management, with a focus on driving cross-functional, high-impact initiatives across the organization. This is a hybrid role, with approximately 70% program management and 30% people management.

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Program Leadership: Lead and oversee large-scale, complex transformation programs ($10 million+), ensuring successful delivery from initiation to post-delivery phases. You will manage stakeholder engagement, define methodologies, and ensure quality and compliance across all aspects of delivery.
  • Team Management & Development: Manage a team of 6 people, driving team performance through coaching, mentoring, and continuous upskilling. Act as a manager coach to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing, ensuring the team's development and success in a global, dynamic environment.
  • Agile Expertise: Manage and execute agile methodologies in a transformation setting, including helping to guide the company's transition to agile program management. Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive alignment and ensure that agile principles are successfully embedded in the programs.
  • Stakeholder & Resource Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite to team members, to ensure alignment and timely execution. Manage external resources and vendors to ensure quality delivery and adherence to timelines.

This is a hybrid role in either New York City, Hartford, or Stanford Connecticut reporting into the Head of Change & Transformation.
