Job Vacancy: PMO - 12 Months Contract

We are thrilled to present a significant contract-based job opportunity with one of our esteemed clients in the Insurance sector. This role of Project Management Office (PMO) spans across a period of 12 months and offers a vital position within their Change Management department.

Key Focus Areas

  1. Agile Methodology Advocacy
    • Champion Agile practices across projects while adapting to the organization's hybrid project environment.
  2. Governance Support for Connected Care
    • Ensure governance frameworks, processes, and decision-making structures are in place to effectively manage Connected Care initiatives.
  3. Change Management and Target Operating Model (TOM)
    • Lead change management activities to enable seamless implementation of TOM initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.



Role & Responsibilities:

  • Providing robust project management support across multiple projects to ensure their timely and successful delivery.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of procedures and standards to promote effective project management practices.
  • Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources to determine project health and identifying any issues that may affect the project scope or timeline.
  • Compiling project data and preparing reports for stakeholders to provide updates and insights into project progression.
  • Facilitating collaboration across project teams and departments to ensure alignment on project objectives and outcomes.
  • Assisting with risk management and mitigation planning to minimize project delays and disruptions.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in Project Management Office roles within the Insurance industry or related financial services.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices, particularly within change management contexts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in using project management tools and software to manage, track, and report on project progress.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with all project stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
