PMO Analyst - Contract
Oliver James is partnering with a global financial services business based in Zurich to find a PMO Analyst for a 12 month period.
You will play an important role in supporting the business in the development of their business change processes and procedures, and in the successful transition from process change and implementation initiatives .
Key Responsibilities
- Work with internal stakeholders to implement and monitor project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks across the organisation
- Develop and maintain structured project and portfolio management documentation, including resource allocation plans, timeframes, and deliverables tracking
- Coordinate with project managers, business analysts, and senior leadership to ensure the effective delivery of business, operational, and process transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or Officer (c. 2 - 5 years)
- Strong communication management skills
- Experience within financial services or insurance sector preferred
- Background in management consultancy would be beneficial
- Education or qualifications within business change management are preferred
Start Date: c. January - February 2025
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Contract Duration: 12-month initial contract, with potential for extension
