Project Manager - Agency (60K) - 12+ Month Contract

A multinational Insurance company is going through a large-scale revamp to their Agency and Distribution channels. This multi-year programme is essential to the firms global transformation ambitions, and will play a pivotal part in their APAC expansion.

We are looking for a Project Manager to help with the delivery of multiple projects that are starting in 2025. The successful candidate will work with business leaders across Hong Kong, and so they must understand the insurance business, be proactive, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of experience within Insurance Agency/Distribution.
• 5+ Years of Project Management experience.
• Projects must have been in Hong Kong and ideally have aspects relating to Agency Management, Compensation or Performance Management.
• Cantonese language skills and strong communication and presenting skills are essential.
• HK PR or the right to work in Hong Kong.
