We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join an MNC Insurance client and work on the Agency Application project. You will sit within the Digital team and work very closely with users from Business and IT to bridge the gap. This role requires a strong understanding of agency platforms and exceptional communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis, planning, and execution of decommissioning and consolidation of agency platforms.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business teams, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
- Gather, document, and analyze requirements, identifying gaps and risks in the project
- Facilitate discussions and negotiate solutions that address both business and technical constraints.
- Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during the consolidation process.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers to define technical implementation strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations on best practices for digital platform optimization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of agency platforms.
- Experience working on digital platform decommissioning, migration, or consolidation projects.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and IT teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and change management.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is highly desirable
