Job Title: Test Lead
Salary: €70,000 - €76,000 + Benefits (2-Year FTC)
Location:Dublin - Hybrid (2-3x per week onsite)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Lead to join our team in Dublin on a 2-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers (PMs), Quality Assurance (QA) teams, and Business Analysts (BAs) to enhance processes, ensure quality, and address any potential impacts on timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide initial estimates for testing efforts required for new developments and functional enhancements.
- Participate in daily meetings with the project team or business units to understand testing requirements.
- Develop comprehensive test scripts and execute testing activities, with input from relevant business divisions or project teams.
- Identify process improvements and communicate potential timeline impacts to the project team.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a Test Lead role, with a strong background in QA processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to estimate testing efforts accurately.
- Experience in creating and executing test scripts.
