Our client, a leading company in the Insurance industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join their Change Management Department as an Test Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and effectively manage the testing team in a leadership capacity.
- Supervise a diverse group of testers located in Hong Kong, the Philippines, and India, etc.
- Assess how the testing teams integrate within the organization and strategize to meet project and organizational roadmaps.
- Calculate the effort needed for testing by estimating the size of the release and planning accordingly.
- Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and non-functional testing.
- Create and maintain testing-related documentation, including test plans and results.
Qualifications:
- Experience in both manual and automated software testing, with a strong emphasis on utilizing tools for automation.
- Proficiency in at least one mandatory testing tool, such as Python or Java.
- Preferred knowledge of additional testing tools: TOSCA, JMeter, JUnit, Postman, and Karma.
- Background in drafting test plans and creating test scripts.
- Excellent communication skills.
