My client are seeking a Senior Underwriter with expertise in underwriting large and medium-sized corporate accounts. What You'll Do:
- Manage and optimize a diverse portfolio of accounts, including cutting-edge global property programs.
- Analyze and underwrite exposures, including natural catastrophe hazards, ensuring top-tier insurability and coverage for new and renewal property submissions.
- Collaborate with a talented, cross-functional team to craft innovative international program solutions that align with both client needs and organizational objectives.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and brokers, positioning yourself as the go-to expert.
- Take the reins as the leading underwriter in our Georgia office, setting the standard for excellence and driving their success.
What They're Looking For: The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator, capable of forging strong partnerships both internally and externally. - Minimum of 5 years' experience in E&S commercial property underwriting, handling medium to large corporate accounts.
- Familiarity with complex shared and layered program structures; experience with 100% single carrier business is a plus.
- Exposure to diverse occupancies, including heavy manufacturing, is preferred.
- A robust network of brokers is essential for success in this role.
- Flexibility for regional travel (including air travel) for client and broker meetings.
