We are currently looking for a digital marketing candidate for our life insurance client. This role requires Cantonese speaking and is located in Hong Kong. The candidate must be able to type in Chinese.
Responsibilities:
- Manage digital marketing projects and campaigns to achieve sales targets
- Plan and monitor budgets for SEM, SEO, social media, emails and other initiatives
- Analyze website and app usage data to optimize the customer experience
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to improve campaign performance
- Create and publish engaging content across social media and websites
- Manage marketing agency relationships and project work
- Track key metrics like leads, sales and ROI to evaluate success
- Provide recommendations to enhance digital platforms and experience
- Collaborate across teams to promote additional products and services
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in insurance companies with marketing experience
- Proven successful marketing deliverables and meeting sales targets
- Expertise in digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC, social media
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Creativity for developing online content and campaigns
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem solving
