Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex infrastructure and cyber security projects within the Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in delivering large-scale projects related to IT infrastructure, network security, and compliance. You will oversee the project lifecycle, manage cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive successful project execution while mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage infrastructure and cyber security projects from initiation to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of project management experience, with a focus on IT infrastructure or cyber security.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of network security, cloud infrastructure, and data protection.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in a financial institution.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
