In this role, you will:
Support the development and enhancement of pricing models and tools used across underwriting functions.
Analyze pricing performance, monitor market trends, and provide insights to improve profitability and risk selection.
Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and product teams to ensure alignment between pricing strategies and business objectives.
Contribute to the integration of pricing analytics into broader business processes and systems.
Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and consistency in all analytical outputs.
What we're looking for:
4+ years of experience in insurance pricing, actuarial, or analytical roles within P&C or specialty insurance.
Proficiency in tools such as SQL and Excel; experience with programming or statistical languages (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
A proactive approach, attention to detail, and a drive to continuously improve tools and methodologies.
