Role & Responsibilities

The Senior Pricing Specialist - Personal Lines will be an integral member of the Actuarial team, focusing on pricing strategy and product development. This pivotal role entails:

• Developing pricing structures and strategies for personal lines of insurance products.
• Conducting thorough market analysis to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
• Collaborating with product development teams to innovate and refine insurance products.
• Applying advanced actuarial techniques to assess risks and tailor pricing solutions accordingly.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in all pricing and product development processes.
• Communicating findings and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
