• Bachelors in Accounting / Finance or Computer Science
• Strong proficiency in Workday HR, IT, Financial reporting and analysis
• 10+ years of professional work experience Insurance or Financial Services industry
• Familiarity managing a team of consultants or workday professionals
• Implemented Workday and provided controls and data testing
• Familiarity with GAAP and Statutory financial reporting preferred
