Are you an analytical thinker passionate about transforming data into actionable insights that drive business strategy? We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our clients team and lead their efforts in developing accurate analytics, reporting, and visualization solutions. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide decision-making and strategy through robust data analysis and insights whilst presenting data to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best practices for generating accurate analytics, reports, visualizations, and dashboards.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand current industry trends, challenges, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, delivering concise analytics to influence strategic decisions.
- Define and measure success and performance metrics, especially for A/B testing and other business initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years in a data analyst role, with 2 years in cloud services (preferably Databricks).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking with a proven track record in solving complex problems using data
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills and must be comfortable in presenting to senior stakeholders.
