My client is currently looking for a Program Manager for their Asset Management Transformation program. You will lead a strategic initiatives within the Asset Management business. You will drive organizational change, improving operational efficiency, and implementing innovative solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leading transformation project on enhancing the overall Asset Management processes, streamlining communication, and improving access to information
- Develop and manage detailed project plans for the end-to-end business transformation program, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocations
- Manage project action items and risks, and proactively address issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new processes, tools and technologies
- Manage transformation efforts across different geographic regions, understanding local market nuances, regulatory requirements, and processes to ensure global alignment with regional specifics
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing transformation projects within the Asset Management insurance space
- Strong experience in leading large-scale process improvement initiatives, technology integration, and cross-functional projects
- Deep understanding of Asset Management, underwriting and operational processes
- Excellent project management skills, with expertise in agile, waterfall or hybrid methodologies
- Proven ability to drive change management and ensure the seamless adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes
