IT Project Manager (m/f/d)
My client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join their team. This role offers location flexibility, allowing you to choose your place of residence rather than being tied to a specific location. While the company has offices in Dusseldorf, Berlin, and near Paderborn, your work will primarily involve being at the customer's site across Germany as needed for various projects. It's worth noting that remote work may be preferred by clients over on-site presence.
Established in 2007, the company specialises in custom software development and technology consulting within the SAP and Salesforce domains. Their deep expertise in these areas enables them to deliver comprehensive digital solutions to businesses. The company's commitment to innovation and driving digital transformation is evident in their remarkable annual growth of 40% in both sales and personnel. Additionally, they emphasise continuous learning and development, ensuring their team members stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Your qualifications:
- You hold a degree with an economic background and possess substantial project management experience.
- You have a keen focus on quality and a strong customer orientation.
- You're open to regular customer visits, fostering long-term client relationships.
- You excel in communication, enjoy working autonomously, thrive in taking on responsibilities, and are comfortable operating at a management level.
- You are fluent in German (minumum of C1)
Some of your tasks will include:
- You'll be in charge of overseeing operational aspects and executing IT projects, ensuring the successful completion of client projects.
- Maintaining a continuous connection with both customers and project teams will be crucial, enabling effective handling of changes, adjustments, and new requirements.
- Reporting essential project metrics will also be under your purview, directly communicating your findings to customer contacts.
- Enjoy a creative role, influencing day-to-day tasks and refining existing project management processes.
- Embrace location independence as you contribute at client sites throughout Germany, with the freedom to select your residence.
Benefits:
- Company car on offer or travel anywhere in Germany with a 100% Bahncard.
- Their flat company hierarchy means everyone has a voice and can make a real impact on the business. You're not just a number there.
- They have individual career prospects - they adapt training opportunities individually to your strengths and interests
- Stay healthy and happy with monthly chats about well-being and current progress. They care about your mental and physical well-being.
- Opportunity to join one of their many internal communities, whether it's dancing, sports, cooking, or something else entirely. Make friends and have fun while you work!
