Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of products within health & protection - wide range of products, distributed through agency channel
- Partner with distributors to attract more business and identify new opportunities
- Act as the link between distribution, agency, product and operations
- Lead a large team - 30 people (direct / indirect)
Requirements:
- 15+ years relevant experience
- Life Insurance background: health and protection, wealth products
- Business development and sales management ability
- Strong experience managing agency distribution channel
- Strong team management experience
