For a Leading international group iìm looking for an Events Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Events Manager will oversee the production and execution of all events.
This role will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for enhancing the overall brand.
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning and execution of all major events
- Develop interactive and innovative experiences to support corporate partnership sales
- Manage the full event cycle, from conceptualization to post-event tasks, including budgeting, partner activation, and cross-department collaboration
- Create novel and exciting activations for different targets audiences
- Conduct planning meetings to ensure seamless execution of all events and update senior executives
- Nurture vendor relationships to support event initiatives
- Management of temporary staff for event days
- Supervise, train, and oversee the performance of part-time event staff
Qualifications
- 8+ years of event management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success in producing large-scale events and managing teams
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Passion for entertainment industry
- Fluent in English
