Overview
We are seeking a dynamic leader to head our growing Cyber Threat Intelligence function within the Cyber & Intelligence team. Our mission is to develop innovative, customer-centric cybersecurity solutions tailored to the evolving threat landscape. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, integrating threat intelligence feeds into a range of products and services designed to make cybersecurity accessible and impactful for our diverse global clientele.

The Opportunity
This newly created role offers a unique chance to shape and lead threat intelligence strategies that address global cyber risks. Reporting to the VP of Threat Intelligence, you will work alongside industry and government partners, vendors, and key internal stakeholders to embed actionable intelligence into our solutions. Your role will also help transform intelligence into insights that support proactive defense strategies for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily intelligence operations, including crafting tailored alerts using a suite of tools to identify and mitigate emerging threats.
• Oversee a team of Cyber Threat Intelligence professionals, providing mentorship, strategic direction, and ensuring team compliance with performance goals.
• Collaborate with internal Product, Sales, and Training functions to strengthen our threat intelligence capabilities.
• Partner with vendors and clients to refine threat intelligence reporting for proactive threat hunting and mitigation.
• Develop and deliver regular intelligence summaries, actionable reports, and strategic insights.
• Engage with a broad network of industry, vendor, and governmental partners to enhance intelligence-sharing practices.
• Ensure the operation, maintenance, and advancement of intelligence tools and platforms.
• Track, analyze, and report on malicious activities, recommending solutions to senior leadership.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience leading threat intelligence teams, with a deep understanding of threat intelligence platforms and their optimization.
• Proven expertise in generating, analyzing, and disseminating cyber threat intelligence from corporate and public sources.
• Strong technical skills, including event analysis and a firm grasp of threat hunting and incident management strategies.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with management, customers, and intelligence providers, offering clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical information into relatable insights for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, including procurement, pilots, and contracts.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. A master's degree in a cyber-related field is preferred.
• Industry-recognized security certifications (e.g., C|TIA, ISC2, CompTIA, ISACA, SANS).
• Preferred: Cyber Threat Intelligence certification and experience with advanced security technologies (IDS/IPS, SIEM, Web Proxy, Endpoint Detection, etc.).
• Strong understanding of key frameworks and methodologies, such as TCP/IP, MITRE ATT&CK, the Kill Chain, and vulnerability management.
• Background in dark web operations or undercover online activities is a plus.
