We have partnered with a well-established financial client located in Zurich to support them in finding a Markets Application Support Expert.
This Project will run initially 12 months and can be delivered 40% remote.
Your Tasks:
- Support IT and Trading systems
- Manage the whole Incident life cycle
- Resolve 1st / 2nd level Incidents without escalation
Required Experience:
- Experience in a Support role in a Banking / Finance environment
- Knowledge of products traded in Markets
- Great stakeholder management
- fluent in English and conversational in German
