We are seeking an experienced IT Warehouse Management System (WMS) Analyst to strengthen our IT team. This role will primarily focus on supporting our distribution center through the administration and configuration of the Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Key Responsibilities:
As a WMS Analyst, you will be responsible for the maintenance and software updates of the WMS, ensuring the proper functioning of the system. You will troubleshoot issues, monitor networks for availability, and analyze data from these systems and databases to ensure operational efficiency.
You will oversee the implementation of new systems, providing detailed reports to management. You will actively contribute to improving productivity and efficiency within the distribution center, identifying alternatives to optimize IT resources and developing solutions that increase operational profitability.
Another key responsibility is to maintain up-to-date system documentation for end-users, educating them about new functionalities and best practices. You will also assist with various hardware platforms, including the installation and maintenance of IBM iSeries servers (also known as AS/400).
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a WMS environment, preferably with Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a distribution or logistics center
- Strong knowledge of WMS, order management applications, and database systems
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in IT systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL
- Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), connectivity, and production automation (PLC - Allen Bradley, etc.) is a plus
- Fluent in both French and English (minimum C1 level)
- Customer and results-oriented with strong communication skills
- Well-organized, able to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude with strong team spirit
