My client; an established Global Asset Management business is looking for an experienced Virtualization Engineer to join their Technology Infrastructure team.
You will manage and optimize the Global Instructure, collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as align virtul Infrastructure capabilities.
You will work across the following:
- Configure & deploy VMware-based virtualizations solutions
- Perform & manage VMware upgrades including - vSphere, ESXi and vCenter version upgrades
- Build out VMware environments in new data centres
- Develop and implement disaster recovery & business continuity plans
You will have the following:
- Hands on expeirence managing, optimizing & securing global virtual infrastructure runninf VMWare technologies
- Experience with VMWare upgrades, buildouts & migrations
- Understanding of network concepts - VLANs, firewalls & routing
