Job Description:
We are seeking a Vice President of Disability Services to join our team. The Vice President of Disability Services will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of programs and services that support individuals with disabilities. This position will oversee all aspects of the organization's disability services, including program development, service delivery, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs and services that support individuals with disabilities
- Oversee all aspects of the organization's disability services, including program development, service delivery, and quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and other service providers
- Manage a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
- Develop and manage the departmental budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in disability services, including program development and management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders
