I am currently partnered with a client in the banking space who are hiring a System Solution architect on a permanent basis. The role will operate on a hybrid working model out of their Dublin city office. My client is a large scale and well known entity withing the banking and finance space globally.

The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years experience working in the IT and be working as an architect for over 5 years. The core responsibilities will include.

• Design and architect robust solutions, ensuring architectural integrity and strategic alignment of technical solutions.
• Assess and develop current architecture and readiness for implementation, introducing new solutions and modernization strategies for technology platforms.
• Develop detailed-level design requirements for architecture implementations, optimizing platform and integration strategies for cost-effective delivery of scalable and reliable distributed systems
• Ensure technical solutions meet business functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, regulatory, etc)
• Provide expertise and counsel at an executive level to present architecture options and technology choices in support of business initiatives.
