ITSM System Engineer

Zurich

(German Speaking role)

Based in the city of Zurich. My client provides its customers with high-quality and competitive services in the areas of organization and IT. The ITSM Competence Center in the Infrastructure Department is responsible for the operation and further development of the IT service management solution. In close cooperation with those responsible for the application and system, we provide the processes involved with reliable information about the IT assets and their configurations.

To strengthen our Scrum team, we are looking for an innovative and committed personality immediately or by appointment to maintain and further develop the IT service management solution

Your tasks

You are responsible for the development and maintenance of ITSM processes

You largely automate operational and maintenance activities to have more time for your partners

You advise our customers and implement their requirements in an agile manner

You create and maintain interfaces for exchanging data with surrounding systems

Experience required

At least 2 years' experience as a System Engineer with ITSM experience

Knowledge of developing interfaces, ideally with the BMC ITSM Suite, as well as their programming

Team player and solution-oriented personality with good communication skills and an independent, proactive and goal-oriented way of working

Fluent German skills, good written and spoken English skills
