Oliver James are delighted to have partnered with one of their leading, privately held Life, Health & Annuity Insurance clients who are seeking their Head of Legal/ SVP Counsel to join their established business.
With more than $3 billion assets in management, 120+ employees and 50+ years of tenure, you will be joining a strong and stable business in the insurance sector, who need assistance to help them develop onto the next stage of their growth.
- Candidates will have a broad Life, Health & Annuity Insurance background, ideally from another Life & Health, Annuity carrier,
- 10yrs+ experience, ideally management exposure and a varied Legal (Litigation & Corporate) and Compliance (Audit, Filings & Regulatory) experience,
- JD and bar admission required. LOMA and/ or NASD designations as well as Broker‐Dealer experience desirable.
- Leadership and management experience preferred, as you will be leading a small team.
