As a key member of our development group, you will play an instrumental role in delivering innovative software solutions that meet business and user needs within a Healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement rapid enhancements to our suite of enterprise applications, including mobile, web, backend, and integration systems.
- Develop and maintain system architectures that prioritize flexibility, scalability, security, and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine features for web-based systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Personal Health Records (PHR), and enrollment platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of all systems and applications.
- Provide critical support for system backups and manage database administration.
- Work with outsourced teams to ensure proper methodologies are followed in development processes.
- Take the lead in resolving technical challenges by designing effective solutions and removing roadblocks.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative work environment by sharing insights and innovative approaches.
- Develop, document, and maintain clear and accurate system specifications, ensuring all software solutions align with user requirements.
- Adhere to industry standards and best practices in coding, ensuring applications are robust, efficient, and maintainable.
- Maintain strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on web and/or Windows development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, asp.net, Visual Studio, and JavaScript.
- Solid experience with SQL, including queries, stored procedures, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with technologies like LINQ, WCF, MVC, T-SQL, and frameworks such as Bootstrap, Angular, and Chart.js.
- Knowledge of personal health records (PHR) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience in C# software development.
