Job Title: Senior System Engineer - Monitoring
Job Type: Full-time (80-100%)
Locations: Zurich

Join the IT Service Management & Monitoring team at a major international company within the Aerospace industry! They are hiring for a Senior System Engineer - Monitoring to ensure seamless IT operations and optimise our service management platform.

You will develop monitoring disciplines within Cloud, Application, and IoT/OT services. Act as a deputy in infrastructure monitoring, implement business ad customer requirements in monitoring & ITSM platforms. Maintain and optimise their IaaS-based monitoring platform and manage alarm engineering.

Requirements:

• Several years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of monitoring, automation, and IT service management (Zabbix and SMAX/UCMDB advantageous)
• Strong conceptual, advisory, and communication skills
• Fluent in German and technical English
• Zabbix and/or ITIL certification preferred

This position is hybrid-working based in Zurich.
