Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structuring strategies to maximise the value add of ERMs on the balance sheet
• Design appropriate structuring solutions for a mortgage portfolio
• Build a team and develop junior members of the team
• Maintain expert knowledge and understanding of the Equity Release Mortgages and relevant SII regulations

Requirements

FIA qualified (5-8 years)

• Experience within the insurance sector
• Significant experience in a financial institution putting together and executing financial transactions.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and ability to simplify complex topics for delivery to different audiences
• Knowledge of insurer's financial balance sheets is preferable (including insurance/reinsurance or banking.
• Familiarity with the regulation of financial institutions (Solvency II).
