• Leverage technology and data to address underwriting and customer needs.
• Collaborate with underwriting to support sound business decisions and deliver comprehensive reports.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, codes, and legislative issues, sharing expertise within the team.
• Control claims costs through actionable recommendations and timely resolution of risks.
• Participate in agency visits and marketing interactions to drive growth, retention, and positive market perception.
• For field roles: Regular travel using assigned fleet vehicles to cover territory.
