• Actively monitor, analyse, and manage the portfolio of change initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate with various project teams and stakeholders to assess and prioritise projects based on their value and impact.
• Provide detailed reporting and forecasting on project status, resources, and risks to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
• Facilitate efficient resource allocation and workload distribution to optimise overall portfolio performance.
• Implement project management office best practices and contribute to the refinement of existing processes.
