A leading specialty technology insurance platform operating across the US, is seeking a Senior Outsourcing and Partner Manager to join their rapidly growing team. This client is privately held and backed by a major Asset Manager. With their high growth model, they have become key players in the insurance space and have a cutting edge investment strategy. Location: Remote
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and building relationships with service providers
- Service provider management
- Contract negotiations and vendor management
- Compliance and risk management for the vendor partnerships and outsourcing
- Working with internal and external stakeholders
- Working closely with leadership (role reports to CFO and COS)
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Insurance experience not a required
- 10+ years of experience in financial operations, and vendor management
- Experience setting up and negotiating an outsourcing contract and selecting vendors
Salary: $180K - $200K base + bonus
