We are seeking a Senior Manager for our Infrastructure & Architecture team at a leading financial services firm. In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of our IT infrastructure and architecture strategies. You will work with different stakeholders and vendors across 10+ markets across the regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will drive innovation, enhance system performance, and ensure robust security across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of infrastructure and architecture strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business needs.
- Oversee the implementation of scalable and secure IT solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for infrastructure services.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and architecture, with at least 3 years in working with senior stakeholders within the business across different markets is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, network architecture, and security frameworks.
- Proven experience with infrastructure design, implementation, and optimization.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
