Position: Senior IT Security Manager

Role Overview: As the Information Security Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of the company's information security strategy. Your primary goal will be to protect the organization from cybersecurity threats and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. This role reports directly to the COO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks.
• Create and oversee incident response plans.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
• Implement security awareness training programs.
• Manage a vulnerability management program.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate security into development processes.
• Oversee third-party cybersecurity risk management.
• Apply industry cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as an IT Security Manager or CISO in a senior role.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, protocols, and best practices.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with software development processes.
• Knowledge of financial markets and industry-specific technology trends is a plus.
