Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage state regulatory compliance filings to ensure all filings are accurate and timely.
• Analyze changes in legislation and regulatory reforms that impact company policies and processes.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to gather necessary information and implement regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to compliance activities and state filings.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on matters related to insurance compliance and best practices.

Key Skills

• Proven experience in Compliance within the P&C Insurance sector.
• Experience utilizing SERFF and other state filing systems
• Strong understanding of state and federal insurance regulations and laws.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and implement policies regarding regulatory reforms.
• Effective communication, both written and verbal, across various levels of the organization.
• Capability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
