A specialist P&C Insurance Carrier is looking to hire a Senior Claims Specialist - General Liability (TPA Oversight). In this senior technical role, you will be responsible for managing a panel of TPAs and providing technical guidance and oversight on complex commercial general liability claims. CGL claims will include premise liability, product liability, auto liability and construction accident claims. You will provide TPAs with oversight on claims through all stages of the process including litigation and coverage matters.

Key/Skills Experience Required:

• 5+ years complex general liability claims experience (gained at an insurance carrier)
• Direct experience handling complex CGL losses above $100,000 through to large loss limits
• Strong experience within CGL, premise liability, slip & falls, construction accidents, contractors, environmental liability and wide ranging bodily injury
• Exposure to litigation and coverage investigation essential (including writing own coverage letters/RORs)
• Experience managing third party administrator relationships highly beneficial
• Bachelors Degree and Adjuster License in multiple states

This role can be FULLY REMOTE from multiple states (Eastern or Central States only) with an excellent base salary of $150,000 - $200,000 plus package. Please note we can only consider candidates currently working at insurance carriers within complex commercial general liability claims. We also have a vacancy at Claims Specialist level with a salary of $125,000 - $150,000 + up to 20% annual bonus which required 3-5 years CGL claims experience.
