Role Summary

The Senior Claims Adjuster will play a pivotal role in handling and resolving complex casualty insurance claims including those related to mass torts. The successful candidate will conduct thorough investigations to determine liability, assess claim value and negotiate settlements ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess complex casualty coverage claims to determine the scope of the firm's liability.
• Coordinate with legal counsel to manage cases effectively and mitigate potential losses in claims involving litigation related to mass tort incidents.
• Negotiate settlements assertively with third parties, adhering to all relevant laws and policies that govern casualty coverage and mass torts.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing claim progress and resolutions, and present these findings to higher management and relevant stakeholders.
