Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data-driven analysis to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to improve business processes, enhance product development, and provide insights for strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Analyse business processes and large datasets to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement business process solutions, providing recommendations that drive operational efficiency and growth.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates, reports, and ensure alignment of business goals and project milestones.
• Work closely with project managers to align project goals with business needs, ensuring project requirements are met on time and within scope.
• Participate in solution testing, validating changes, and providing feedback for adjustments and improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• + 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and familiarity with data visualisation software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
