Role & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current underwriting systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop requirements and specifications for system enhancements and new functionality.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clear and effective solution implementation.
- Collaborate with software engineers and other IT professionals to implement changes in the underwriting system.
- Perform testing and quality assurance of new systems and features.
- Provide support and training to users on new system processes and functionalities.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure successful deployment and operation.
Key Skills:
- Proven 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within the Insurance sector, ideally in Underwriting.
- Prior knowledge in underwriting or experience handling underwritng rule egine revamp project will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at various levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in both Cantonese and English is a MUST
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and multitask effectively.
- High level of proficiency in using data analysis and workflow tools.
- Short notice is a plus
