Our esteemed client, a leader in the Service industry, is seeking a seasoned and focused individual to take on the role of Head - Accounting Manager (AP/Statutory). As a strategic partner in their finance division, the successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping financial strategies and ensuring impeccable financial practices aligned with industry standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the accounts payable team and oversee all AP operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, payment disbursements, and reconciliation processes.
• Champion the statutory reporting process, ensuring compliance with local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
• Prepare financial status summaries and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• Develop systems to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts, defining accounting policies and procedures.
