Security Engineer - Fully Remote
Contract (Open Ended)

Although fully remote, all candidates must be based in Europe.

Oliver James is looking for an experienced Security Engineer with a strong background in Threat Modelling within a SaaS or software-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop & Own Threat Modelling Processes - Build a repeatable and scalable approach to threat modelling, engaging with software developers and stakeholders in technical discussions.
2. Vulnerability Management & Penetration Testing - Oversee and enhance the vulnerability management and penetration testing processes, working closely with the CISO to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Threat Modelling within a SaaS or software business using frameworks such as STRIDE, PASTA, LINDDUN etc
• Strong technical expertise, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Ideally, some Python experience, with exposure to Django or Kubernetes being a plus.

This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in Europe.
