Oliver James have partnered with a leading global client who are seeking a Scrum Master to join their growing team on an initial 6 month FTC.

The Scrum Master is essential in developing high-performing teams by offering guidance in product delivery, leveraging a strong grasp of Agile principles and team dynamics.

Skills:

- Certified Scrum Master - min of 4 years experience.

- Worked in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies

- Experience with software development teams - insurance/fs background

- Technical individual

- Ability to facilitate all end to end Scrum practices and working hands on with Product Teams.

Role:

This is a 6 month FTC role with strong conversion to perm opportunity.
