For the innovative leader of the Civil Engineering sector, we are looking for an SAP IT Project Manager (PP, MM) to join the IT Applications team at the Company's headquarters in Bologna.
This figure will play a key role in the S/4HANA Migration Project at an international level, being the internal referent for the PP and MM modules.
Your responsibilities
Reporting directly to the ICT Application Manager, the candidate will manage International ICT Projects related to Business application, more specifically:
- Follow the standard methodologies and deliverables requested by the Group
- Prepare and manage each project phase with a detailed activity planning
- Collect business requirements and respecting them during the project preparation phase
- Respect the budget allocated for each project
- Manage the communication to all project stakeholders about main milestones and project status
- Coordinate internal and external teams
- Make sure the good performance of end-users after the trainings offered
- An effective handover phase to application maintenance teams
- Leads at worldwide level, the demand process, maintaining the related project portfolio (ICT/application)
- Updates application map and interface tracker
- Contributes to project planning and external vendors qualification
- Participate to the requirement gathering, updating processes impacted by projects realized
Experience required
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar SAP functional role with a strong knowledge of the SAP PP module, the MM module is a plus.
- Master's Degree, preferable in Engineering or Economics
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Consulting approach to projects
- Knowledge of at least one of main project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, CMMI, Prince2, etc.)
- Involvement in MES or Supply Chain implementation projects will be considered a plus
- Problem solving and team working attitudes, proactive approach, and good communication skills
- Available for business trips
