SAP FPSL Consultant - Remote - Contract
Oliver James is partnering with an insurance client located in Germany to help them to find an SAP FPSL Consultant to support the implementation of SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) AND Insurance Analyzer (IA) for IFRS 17 compliance.
The role offers competitive daily rates, with full remote working available from anywhere within Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP FPSL modules, ensuring they meet financial and regulatory requirements.
- Design and analyze data models, ensuring seamless integration with the General Ledger and other financial systems.
- Identify system gaps, develop functional and technical specifications, and implement solutions to enhance FPSL capabilities.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) while troubleshooting system issues.
- Create training materials, document system functionalities, and provide training to end users and new hires.
Requirements
- Proven implementation, configuration and integration experience in SAP FPSL.
- Proficiency in both functional and technical aspects of SAP FPSL, including data mapping and GAP analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with business and IT teams.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German.

Contract Duration: 6-month initial contract, with potential for extension
