IAM Architect - Migration Lead
Overview: Join a dynamic team at the forefront of Cyber Information Security, specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM). In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in driving a critical migration project, ensuring secure and seamless access management within a complex IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IAM migration and adoption project as the principal architect, from analysis and design to execution and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external partners, to gather requirements and craft secure, efficient migration solutions.
- Document and obtain approval for technical designs, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee the testing and validation of solutions, guiding them through formal approval stages with internal customers.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to the Operations Team, including training, documentation, and support for ongoing integrations.
- Identify and mitigate security risks during design, proactively addressing potential issues and escalating concerns to senior stakeholders.
- Advocate for change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new solutions by impacted teams.
- Continuously improve processes and controls to enhance security and efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with IAM solutions, particularly SailPoint IIQ and CyberArk.
- Deep expertise in at least one technology platform: Windows, Unix, Network, Office/End User technologies, Mainframe, Tandem, or Middleware.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, with a focus on designing and implementing secure, scalable solutions.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly valued.
- Ability to see the bigger picture, offering creative solutions that address complex challenges.
