We are currently seeking an Insurance Reconciliation Specialist to join our client, a leading Non-Life Insurance firm. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy of insurance receipts, payments, and reconciliations, while liaising with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and match insurance receipts and payments using Autorek (sub-ledger).
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions, including preparation and posting of journals via Agresso (GL Package).
- Liaise with underwriting, claims operations, external service providers (Proglobal), and brokers to investigate inconsistencies between bordereaux, cash, and premiums/claims, resolving any legacy issues and implementing processes, systems, or controls to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare, update, and review necessary procedure documents.
- Reconcile and create upload files into Autorek.
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations.
- Monitor and match insurance premium tax receipts and payments using Autorek.
- Support the Finance Reconciliation Project as requested by the Finance Manager.
- Provide ad hoc reporting, including coordinating and collecting information for internal reports.
- Comply with relevant business procedures, policies, and regulations.
