I am working with a top Real Estate M&A Advisory team in New York that is looking to expand its senior ranks with another Real Estate MD while also providing flexibility on location across the US.
This team have been steadily growing over the past few years despite the ongoing market conditions while being within a genuinely entrepreneurial environment. This group works across all Real Estate asset classes and are already connected with most reputable REITS and Institutional Investors.
Daily Responsibilities
- Lead the origination, execution, and management of live projects
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential investments
- Develop investment strategies and recommendations based on market research and analysis
- Prepare investment presentations and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of investment deals
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory developments
- Provide mentor ship and guidance to junior team members
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is a bonus
- Previous experience in M&A/Investment Banking is essential
- Expertise working on large scale commercial Real Estate M&A is mandatory
- Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
- Excellent understanding of the relevant sector market and investment strategies
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
