I am partnered exclusively with a profitable Property & Casualty Insurance organization, who are seeking to hire a Senior Property Broker to aid the growth and development of the business.

My client is a market leading Wholesale Insurance Brokerage who operate across; Property, Casualty, Excess, and marine and hold an outstanding reputation in the market.
The role:
The successful Senior Property Broker will be responsible for facilitating property insurance transactions between retail brokers and insurance carriers. They leverage their market knowledge, negotiation skills, and industry expertise to provide clients with tailored property insurance solutions.
The successful Property Broker will be responsible for:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brokers, insurance carriers, and clients, acting as a liaison between them to facilitate property insurance transactions.
- Understand clients' unique property risks and requirements and provide expert advice on suitable insurance products and solutions.
- Collaborate with underwriters to develop customized property insurance solutions, including package policies, multi-line coverage, and excess liability options.
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and brokers, building a robust network, and fostering relationships with new retail brokers.
The successful Property Broker should have the following skills:
- Knowledge and experience of the P&C insurance industry
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Proven experience of working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
