We are looking for a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in CRM and/ or contact center for a reputable financial services client of ours. This position will be working closely with different local business units across the region to deliver and report on all sorts of strategic projects across Asia.
You will be part of a lean but growing team to be responsible for:
- Delivery & reporting of all assigned prioritised projects within Strategic Project Portfolio to the approved quality, timeline and budgets as defined in the business case and also aligning to the defined standards of the Transformation Division.
- Ensuring the appropriate governance of the projects to ensure the right results are delivered through the agreed mechanisms and thresholds (including alignment to local & group's policies/standards).
- Handling and responsible for project documentation and invoices where necessary.
- Managing, coordinating and reporting on performance of the projects to create clear visibility and transparency of delivery.
- Leading the effective end to end delivery of the projects to agreed time, budget, scope and quality.
- Responsible for clearly understanding the project objectives and ensuring that these are the foundations for delivery.
- Proactively resolving any project related interdependencies between the respective project and escalating if resolution cannot be achieved.
- Take accountability on end to end project delivery across different departments.
